Video Telehealth and Telephone Visits

In an effort to slow down the spread of the COVID-19 virus and maintain the safety of all patients, visitors, staff and providers, the VHC Physician Group now offers Telephone and Video Telehealth Visits. These visits are scheduled appointments with a VHC Physician Group provider that makes it possible for patients to receive medical care from their provider without having to leave the safety of their home.

A Telephone Visit is a scheduled appointment with a VHC Physician Group provider that takes place over the phone rather than in the office. Every VHC Physician Group practice and provider is currently offering Telephone Visits to new or established patients with a medical concern.

Patients can schedule Telephone Visits with a Primary Care physician or specialist for management of a wide range of chronic medical concerns, such as hypertension, lung disease, weight management, depression, etc. Specialists are also able to see new consults by phone to address new diagnoses. Telephone Visits are not intended for routine physicals or pre-op appointments.

A Video Telehealth Visit is a scheduled appointment with a VHC Physician Group Primary Care provider that takes place over video conference rather than in the office. These visits are offered to new or established patients with a medical concern. Video Telehealth Visits are not intended for routine physicals or pre-op appointments.

All VHC Physician Group practices are now offering Video Visits.
